If your location does require building permits, it is vital to apply for and receive the necessary permits before you begin the installation. Failure to do can lead to fines or other consequences.

Installation site must be obstacle- free before the installation crew arrives. Site must be leveled, or unit will be installed "As Is" on site or additional fees will be accrue. The customer must have all underground utilities marked. Essential Construction will not be responsible for damage to unmarked utilities.
